Conclusion
Accor Plus makes the most sense for someone in Asia-Pacific who likes to dine at Accor hotels with someone for essentially 50% off lunches and dinners.
The Red Hot Room, when available, can provide a significant accommodation discount, but the 10% discount is less than what ALL Plus Voyageur offers for stays worldwide and not just in Asia-Pacific.
The Stay Plus voucher (a free night) may require you to book significantly in advance to find availability at better brands (not worth burning that for an ibis or Novotel).
