The Milwaukee Bucks are currently the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, which, in a typical year, would bode well for their outlook in the playoffs.

However, despite having some of the league’s most talented players, there is a growing concern that the Bucks don’t have what it takes this year.

Doc Rivers’ tenure as head coach hasn’t been met with the most grace, as many fans believe he is doing more harm than good.

The Bucks did just beat the Boston Celtics, which might have been viewed as a step in the right direction, but an in-game injury might have put a damper on this team’s future.

Giannis Antetokounmpo left the game with an injury, and when asked about his level of concern for the injury in a postgame press conference, Rivers said it was “high.”

The actual severity of this injury is unknown without further testing and imaging.

However, given the fact that Antetokounmpo is one of the best players in the league, if he misses substantial time, this could be detrimental to the Bucks’ chances of another title run.

Fans will be on the edge of their seat, waiting to hear the fate of Antetokounmpo.

If he only misses a few games and makes it back in time for the playoffs, all will be well for the Bucks.

The competition in the East is heating up, and with the Celtics having the No. 1 seed locked up for several weeks, the Bucks need all the help they can get to beat them down the stretch.
