During last year’s Halloween Event, Phasmophobia had players searching for pumpkin heads on every map while searching for ingredients to create a potion using a cauldron. Gathering Screaming Skulls, a Jar of Mind and even a Toe of Frog while capturing ghostly images, all while tackling the Nightmare difficulty level on the Maple Lodge Campsite map.
As we edge closer to the height of the spooky season, anticipation grows regarding what Phasmophobia might bring to this year’s Halloween festivities.
For certain, this year’s challenge promises a unique twist, while still delivering spine-tingling fun! Dive into all the details about the 2024 Phasmophobia Halloween Event right here.
Phasmophobia Halloween Event Challenges
Kinetic Games hasn’t revealed the full details for 2024’s Halloween Event for Phasmophobia yet, but we do know that it will launch with the console versions for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 and Crossplay support will arrive, so you can hunt ghosts with all your friends regardless of the platforms you own.
We expect to learn more about the challenges players will face in the Halloween Event later this month or in September. We will provide an update and full walkthrough after we’ve played through the event ourselves.
Outside of the main event, we expect players to be able to complete a wide range of Daily and Weekly tasks to earn rewards. These might cycle into different challenges when the event is live. As of now, we don’t know what they will be, but last year’s challenges looked like this:
Daily tasks:
- Discover ghost type
- Reach zero sanity
- Survive with only starter items and more!
Weekly tasks:
- Earn Perfect Investigation bonuses in Nightmare of harder
- Hear Paranormal sounds with a parabolic microphone
- Take 3-star photos
- Find a Pumpkin on each map
Phasmophobia Halloween Event End Date
The Phasmophobia Halloween event is set to commence in October 2024. If the game maintains its trend from the previous year, it’s anticipated that the event will continue until early November, concluding on the 13th of November 2023 last year. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by if you’re eager to collect the exclusive rewards and badges available during this limited-time event.
