Smart 5 To Expand Model Range With 5th Column SUV

Following the successful launch of the #1 and #3 models, smart is further expanding its product portfolio with the introduction of the #5. This mid-size SUV brings the previously unveiled smart Concept #5 to life, marking the brand’s entry into a new segment. Designed for active lifestyles, the versatile #5 will appeal to a wider customer base.

First teased with the Concept #5 at the Beijing Auto Show in April, Smart is now offering a glimpse of the production-ready #5. Designed by Mercedes-Benz, the new model builds upon the concept’s design language.

The global premiere of the smart #5 is scheduled for August 28 in Brisbane, Australia. The vehicle will be available in European markets starting from 2025.
