Is Space Marine 2 offline? If you can’t join your friends online to fight against the chitinous tide of Tyranids, it’s probably because the servers are down for maintenance or are offline due to an outage. Saber Interactive will take the servers down at planned intervals to schedule maintenance and deploy patches safely, and the developer may add more servers for the online components if there’s an influx of players during events or over weekends to meet demand. Multiplayer matches won’t be available during these periods.
What’s the current Space Marine 2 Server Status?
Saber Interactive has confirmed that it will be taking the Space Marine 2 servers offline tomorrow at 8:00 AM UTC / 10:00 AM CET / 4:00 AM ET on the 8th September.
“The update will take up to one hour in total. Online modes won’t be accessible during this period. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding, Space Marines!”
It doesn’t look like this downtime is for a new patch, although if we see one being released after the maintenance is complete, we will update you with the patch notes. We think this may be about adding new servers to help meet the demand for online play during weekends.
