Identical twins Jose and Jesse Anyanwu, fondly known as Soltwins are making waves in the entertainment industry as content creators, actors, and singers.
Soltwins, who are currently observing their NYSC, have built a massive following online, with 13,000 followers on Instagram and an impressive 2.5 million followers on TikTok.
“We started our acting career in 2015 after sitting for our WAEC and NECO exams,” Soltwins said in an interview session with journalists.
“We met our friend Fanta Charles, who introduced us to the movie industry, and we’ve been hooked ever since”, Soltwins added.
Jose and Jesse’s’ contents have resonated with their audience, who can’t get enough of their hilarious pranks and engaging skits.
“We love fashion, and we love to make people laugh. We’re grateful for social media platforms like TikTok, which have made it easier for us to reach a wider audience.”
Their mother, who they describe as their “backbone,” has been a constant source of support throughout their journey.
“Our mum has been our manager since day one”. “She’s the one who encouraged us to pursue our passion, even when our dad was a little strict.” shared Soltwins.
In fact, their mother’s support was instrumental in helping them overcome their father’s initial disapproval.
“Our dad was really strict, but our mum would always intervene and explain things to him,” Jesse recalled. “She’s the reason we are where we are today.”
As their following continues to grow, Soltwins remain committed to creating content that inspires and entertains.
