A Last Minute Christmas Gift Guide

One thing I do every year is say ‘I’m going to be organised with Christmas shopping and get it all sorted nice and early so I can enjoy the festivities without any stress.’ Then guess what happens every year? You guessed it – I leave my shopping to the last minute and I’m guessing if you’re reading this Christmas gift guide too that you may do the same – but do not fear as i have you sorted- although this year I am a bit late in sorting everything for the first time ever I do actually know what I’m getting everyone – so that’s half the stress sorted right there.

Theres nothing worse than being late with shopping and having no ideas on what to buy – mast year we were running round town on Christmas Eve. CHRISTMAS EVE! To try and find a last present – never again I said.

Hopefully within this post will be some good last minute Christmas gift ideas – these are mainly focused on women so your mum, sister, friend etc… hey even send to someone to buy for you. I’ve done lots of toddler and kids gift guides on my LTK and I’m terrible at buying men’s presents so I never usually do a men’s gift guide (you’re on your own there sorry!)

But I hope these ideas help and hopefully together we can get those last bits sorted and can finally sit back, open the quality street and relax with a Christmas film.

Vouchers for beauty treatments / experiences

Okay so I’m starting off with one of my failsafe present ideas and that is a voucher for a beauty treatment. When I think about what I’d really like for Christmas – one of the things I think is more time for myself and some self care and the closest I feel you can get to buying that kind of thing is on the form of a beauty treatment like a massage, manicure, spa day, etc… it’s something I rarely ever do myself these days but something I know if really love. Have a look for local salons / therapists and check out their reviews – most do vouchers and it’s a really lovely thoughtful present. Have a look on the recipients social media to see what places they’re following or if you know anywhere they like going. Trust me they’ll love it.

Pyjamas

A bit basic maybe but I don’t think nice pyjamas ever go wrong, again something I don’t buy for myself but always appreciate. I love Boux Avenue for pyjamas as they are really soft and feel luxurious but at a very good price point. The gift wrapping they do is always lovely too.

They also do lovely slippers, I have some cream fluffy mule ones which are so cosy, and lots of lovely stocking fillers like fluffy socks, etc… they even do kids and matching adult pyjamas (how cute!) I’ve also got these satin ones which are so lovely! I’m saving them to wear next week!

Beauty Gift sets

Beauty gift sets are always a nice present and a good way for the recipient to try new products / brands. This year I’ve got some from Emma Hardie ( love their cleansing balm) which are so lovely and I can’t wait to give these out on Christmas Day.

Feather & Down also have some lovely gift sets, we are big fans of the pillow spray in this house (I swear it works!) I usually get some sort of sleep / pillow spray for Christmas and I love it as I wouldn’t buy it myself but always love spraying it at bedtime – it feels like I’m in a hotel!)

Places like Boots usually start to have offers on towards Christmas for their beauty gifts so keep your eyes peeled!

Photobooks

I love giving a photo book for Christmas, last year we gave out photo books to family members and they absolutely loved them! Henry has done me photobooks in the past and it’s a really lovely way to have all your photos in one place as we’re so guilty of just having them on our phone. Popsa is my place of choice for photobooks, the app is so easy and quick to use, it doesn’t take long at all and they have great offers usually making them a great price! The app also gives detailed notifications so you can keep a track of your order! I would recommend especially if you have little ones – a great present for grandparents!

Hair accessories

I live a hair accessory and think it’s a nice present, I would head to Mood & Mane – they have amazing gift sets, headbands, bows and hair grips (this claw clip is insane and the only thing that keeps my thick hair up!)

You can also use my discount code of Corrie10 for 10% off too!

Candle

Kinda basic but I bloody love a candle. My favourite candle brand is glass and wick – I love their wax melts and candles – a small business who use soy wax – the scents are incredible!

Jewellery

Jewellery can be super personal but there are classic things you can buy that never go wrong, some things I’d recommend :

Heart locket from Monica Vinader (you can get this engraved too!)

Stud Earrings from Monica Vinader (these make me feel like a rich mum from a 90s Christmas movie)

Hoop earrings from Ania Haie (a classic everyday gold hoop)

Twist necklace from Ania Haie (one of those items that goes with everything!)

Initial necklace from posh totty – so beautiful and delicate

Coffee table books

If your recipients loves interior design and styling things, coffee table books are a good shout – this is what I asked my Mum for this year! My recommendations are :

Art of Home by Shea McGee

Live Beautiful

Nice hot chocolate and a mug

Kinda random but I live for this kind of presents – if you wanna go all out – the hotel chocolat hot chocolate is insaneeee but you could just get some good old Cadburys or a mix of sachets and marshmallows etc and then a cute mug! Again you could go all out and go for something like anthropologie or just a supermarket / Primark number – it’s a cute present! You could add a book too maybe? The works and supermarkets always have books at good prices.

Hair tools

This one is a bigger budget but if you know your receipts needs a new hair tool or like styling their hair – hair tools are usually a good shout – new ghds never go wrong if they’ve not had any in a few years, I mean god if you’ve got a big budget – the Dyson air wrap or the Shark flex styler are honestly Christmas present dreams- i think I’d wet myself if I got one of those. Or a nice new hairdryer maybe?

Nice bath stuff

I love boujee bath stuff but you can bet your bottom dollar that I never buy it myself – I’m lucky if I splash out on some shower gel in the supermarket (I usually just use Henry’s or ask for it for Christmas and I hope my stash lasts all year 😂) I love Neal’s Yard particularly, my sister bought me a lovely beauty sleep gift set last year which was heavenly. But you don’t have to spend loads but that’s my fave brand for sure!

I do think I could go on all day with ideas, but I’ll stop for now – I hope this Christmas gift guide has provided you with some inspiration – check out my Amazon storefront too for inspiration – okay guys let’s get this last bit of shopping done 💪🏼
